For the People LLC is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering youth and underserved communities through mentorship, education, athletics, entrepreneurship, and real-world opportunity.
Founded on the belief that exposure creates possibility, we provide positive pathways that help young people build confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and long-term success. Our programs connect youth to mentors, life skills, business knowledge, and experiences that many would not otherwise have access to.
We are not just a program — we are a movement focused on breaking cycles, building futures, and strengthening communities.

OUR FOUNDER
Kendrick Harris
Welcome and we're glad you've made it to our website! I'm Kendrick Harris, a small town guy with big dreams. I'm from Dunn, NC and an alum of East Carolina University. I graduated with a B.S. in Biology with the hopes of becoming a doctor to help others. In the midst of trying to take a path not set for me I discovered the true way to give the people around me a helping hand, and that was through my business. It has been the most challenge yet rewarding experience of my life. For The People started as a bail bonding company in Greenville, North Carolina, which then expanded to Fayetteville/Harnett County and is now open for business in the Charlotte area. We then moved to providing improvement services in the community such as lawn care, landscaping, and pressure washing. In our first year of business we were blessed with the opportunity to manage and work to improve over 100 homes with our lawn maintenance services. Within the last year my business has expanded and For the People is now doing Car Transportation Services. I have worked with luxury clients such as McLean, Tesla, Mercedes, and BMW. However, this aspect of my business is just like the rest and we cater to our local community needs as well.
